📋 Description

• Lead enterprise strategy development and multi-year planning.
• Drive cross-functional execution with defined KPIs and milestones.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable, measurable outcomes.
• Evaluate portfolio tradeoffs across platforms, software, hardware, and growth vectors.
• Model investments, including new platforms and international expansion.
• Manage structured operating cadences and performance reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Min 12+ years with Bachelors, 8+ with Masters, 5+ with PhD.
• Min 4+ years in top-tier strategy consulting or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to structure ambiguity.
• Financial modeling and scenario analysis experience.
• Experience with complex, technical, or regulated industries (aerospace/defense/AI).
• U.S. citizenship required (security clearance eligibility).
