Senior Data Quality / QA & UAT Lead

📋 Description

• Own verification framework and testing environments for data quality controls.
• Lead UAT activities with government program staff and agencies.
• Validate end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines and data reconciliation.
• Establish measurable quality thresholds and evidence for government validation.
• Manage defect lifecycle and reproducibility across milestones.
• Provide objective technical validation during project milestones.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software QA, data testing, data quality engineering, or system validation.
• Experience designing QA frameworks for government IT programs.
• Extensive ETL/ELT testing, raw-to-curated data pipelines, source-to-target reconciliation.
• Strong SQL for data exploration and quality testing.
• Experience with API integration testing and structured validation.
• Knowledge of regression testing, traceability, performance/stress testing.
