• Analyze payments data: transactions, success/failure, settlements.
• Monitor payments metrics and flag anomalies proactively.
• Support ad-hoc data requests from Payments, Finance, and Product teams.
• Build simple dashboards and reports for ongoing visibility.
• Turn data into clear, actionable insights for the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Economics, Stats, Math, etc.).
• Strong SQL skills; comfortable with complex queries on large datasets.
• Ability to pull, clean, and structure data independently.
• Experience with payment/transaction data (success rates, settlements, reconciliation).
• Clear communicator who can translate numbers into insights.
