📋 Description

• Lead analytical efforts across diverse therapeutic areas for a sponsor.
• Develop and execute SAPs for large-scale real-world evidence (RWE) studies.
• Design data-driven solutions with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Mentor junior analysts and optimize RWD analytics workflows.
• Build tools, automated workflows, and advanced analytics for actionable insights.
• Create sophisticated visualizations, dashboards, and reporting tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 4-5 years in RWD analytics/biostatistics/epidemiology; 3+ years in
• Proven track record managing observational healthcare projects with large databases (claims, EMR).
• Technical Skills: SAS; SQL, R, Python; cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) preferred
• Knowledge: US healthcare system, claims/EMR data; advanced statistics and ML on large datasets
• Education: Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Data Science, CS, or
