📋 Description

• Operate as independent thought partner to product, engineering, and design to shape strategy and
• Design and analyze A/B tests; own funnels end-to-end; translate business questions into prioritized
• Partner with product managers, design, engineers, lifecycle marketing, and operations to foster a
• Develop data pipelines and self-serve analytics to empower PMs and engineers.
• Apply advanced statistics for causal inference, time-series forecasting, and ML for segmentation as
• Build metrics for funnels, engagement, and retention; enable operational dashboards to track health

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant hands-on experience in product or business analytics (FinTech a plus).
• Expert-level SQL and proficiency in Python.
• Applied statistics, experimental design, A/B testing; ML techniques for business use cases.
• Trusted advisor to senior cross-functional partners; proactive problem discovery and data-driven
• Strong business judgment; experience applying prioritization frameworks (e.g., RICE).
• Exceptional data storytelling and visualization; experience with Hex and Looker.
