Business Development Manager

📋 Description

• Own and grow a sales territory in Tucson, AZ (remote/work-from-home option) for Hunter Douglas
• Build dealer partnerships and drive revenue with strategic programs and promotions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in B2B and/or B2C sales; dealer network experience a plus.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and data-to-sales translation skills.
• Energetic, entrepreneurial mindset; able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, Sales Analytics, Highspot, M365).
• Knowledge of Hunter Douglas products is a plus.
