Affiliate Manager - Casino & Sports

📋 Description

• Drive affiliate growth across casino and sports betting markets via partnerships with review sites
• Build and maintain a pipeline with publishers, tipsters, streamers, content publishers, and
• Manage regional partner portfolio as primary day-to-day contact; focus on performance and
• Optimize partner positioning, offers, and creative assets to improve registration, FTD generation
• Monitor deal-level and cohort performance; assess traffic quality, bonus abuse, and cost efficiency.
• Identify underperforming traffic sources and renegotiate, optimise, or terminate as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience sourcing and closing casino/sports affiliate partnerships with FTD and NGR
• Strong network across regional casino and sports betting affiliates or ability to develop networks
• Hands-on experience with CPA, revenue share, hybrid, and fixed-fee arrangements and economics.
• Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and ability to work within guardrails and escalate
• Ability to analyse traffic quality and player cohort performance; data-driven decisions on partner
• Experience managing an affiliate portfolio, including communication, reporting, and payments.
