• Own enablement for Australia and Japan through partner network

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in sales enablement, coaching or similar
• Experience owning enablement for a market or business unit
• Strong coaching skills with tangible impact on metrics
• Builder mindset with ability to create programs from scratch
• Strong content design and facilitation skills
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
