📋 Description

• Source, develop, negotiate, and close poker affiliate partnerships regionally.
• Build a strong pipeline of affiliate partners in poker and community.
• Structure commercial terms balancing costs, rakeback, and player value.
• Manage existing regional affiliates as primary day-to-day contact.
• Monitor deal and cohort performance: traffic, rake, longevity, profitability.
• Identify low-quality traffic and renegotiate or terminate as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record sourcing/closing poker affiliate partnerships.
• Strong understanding of poker economics and rakeback structures.
• Established relationships in regional poker affiliate/publisher ecosystem.
• Hands-on with CPA, revenue share, rakeback, and hybrid deals.
• Experience analyzing cohort quality, rake, longevity, and profitability.
• Strong negotiation and independent judgment under guardrails.
