Senior Managing Consultant, Research & Evaluation

📋 Description

• Lead the design and delivery of applied research and evaluation engagements, including evaluation
• Apply qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method research approaches to evaluate program
• Design and oversee field research such as in-depth interviews, surveys, focus groups, observational
• Interpret research findings within business and industry context, identifying implications
• Develop client deliverables including reports, presentations, executive summaries, memos, and
• Lead authoring and quality review for executive-level findings and client-facing materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading applied research, program evaluation, customer research, user
• Strong foundation in applied research methodologies, with particular expertise in qualitative
• Experience developing research or evaluation plans, designing data-collection instruments
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and navigate complex stakeholder environments with
• Experience managing project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and multidisciplinary
• Strong client-ready writing, presentation, facilitation, and verbal communication skills to explain

🎁 Benefits

• $105,000–$130,000 USD annual salary, plus an annual bonus; actual compensation may be adjusted
