📋 Description

• Define and drive the roadmap for catalog integrity, rights management, and platform safety across
• Partner with engineering to design scalable solutions leveraging trust, safety, rights management
• Build systems governing content distribution to ensure licensing and legality compliance.
• Lead the evolution of Spotify Rights Center for rights holders and creators workflows.
• Partner with Legal, Licensing, Trust & Safety, and engineering to translate evolving
• Work cross-functionally across the Podcast Mission and Spotify platform teams to improve quality

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Product Manager with strong product craft.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to translate complex requirements into scalable engineering
• Operate and communicate from strategy with senior leaders to clear user stories for the squad.
• Collaborate across engineering, legal, policy, licensing, operations, and business teams.
• Navigate ambiguity, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and bring clarity to complex problems.
• Experience building products for creator platforms, including content moderation or rights
