Customer Success Coordinator - German Speaker (VIE Contract)

📋 Description

• Manage operational aspects of EcoVadis programs for DACH customers in Barcelona.
• Collaborate with global Account Managers to implement solutions regionally.
• Perform platform demos, program reports, trainings, data analysis, and presentations.
• Build proactive customer relationships and provide Back Office support.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve challenges and improve processes.
• Support customer advocacy and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• German and English communication fluency is a must.
• Previous customer support experience with large accounts.
• Formal education in supply chain, sustainability, or business.
• Proficient Excel and data analytics.
• Strong organizational skills, autonomous, able to prioritize.
• Knowledge of procurement systems/SaaS is a plus.
