Customer Success Coordinator - German Speaker (VIE Contract)

📋 Description

• Support customers in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
• Manage operational aspects of customers’ EcoVadis programs
• Coordinate with global Account Managers on implementation and regional delivery
• Provide platform demos, reports, trainings, and data analyses
• Maintain proactive customer relationships and resolve issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and create value

🎯 Requirements

• Customer support experience, preferably with large accounts
• Formal education in supply chain, sustainability, or business
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
• Polish language a plus
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Good organizational skills; autonomous and time‑management oriented
