📋 Description

• Translate strategy into epics, requirements, and deliverables for product and engineering teams.
• Understand business goals, user needs, market dynamics, and regulatory constraints.
• Prioritize backlog to focus on high-impact initiatives.
• Guide execution from planning to delivery, flagging risks and blockers early.
• Conduct business analysis using data, user journeys, and edge cases.
• Write clear requirements, flows, and acceptance criteria for ship-ready solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Product Owner/Manager roles (fintech, crypto, payments ideal).
• Strong crypto product knowledge: wallets, on/off-ramps, crypto cards, trading.
• Business analysis: requirements gathering, user flows, data-informed decisions.
• SQL or BI tools familiarity a plus.
• Experience cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Compliance, business teams.
• Strong execution, prioritization, and decision-making based on impact.
