Manager, Fraud Intelligence

📋 Description

• Lead a team to analyze large-scale behavioral, transactional, and interaction data to uncover
• Respond swiftly to emerging fraud threats by developing monitoring frameworks, dashboards, and
• Own AI agent performance tracking and optimization for Fraud Ops, driving continuous accuracy and
• Partner with the Machine Learning team to translate fraud pattern findings into model feature
• Own metric development and regular reporting to track operational efficiency and fraud savings
• Hire, mentor and coach junior data analysts

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on, proactive, and analytical professional who is passionate about using data to solve
• 6+ years of experience in fraud analytics, ideally within an e-commerce or retail environment
• 2+ years of experience mentoring and managing analytics teams
• Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment is preferred
• Expertise in core analytics concepts, including statistical analysis, data wrangling, and data
• Proficiency in SQL, experience with Python
