🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Enterprise CS/SAAS with people leadership
• Proven mentoring and performance coaching
• Experience with enterprise relationships & executive reviews
• Strong commercial acumen; customer-first mindset
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred); forecasting/pipeline
• Excellent communication & stakeholder mgmt; AI aptitude
