- Conduct discovery to understand customer requirements
- Demonstrate Veeva Quality Cloud applications
- Guide customers to best-in-class solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for customer success
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs with value-driven solutions
- Lead workshops and proofs of concept to show process improvements
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in QA software in life sciences/medtech
- 3+ years in pharma/biotech or regulated industry
- Knowledge of pharma/biotech quality/manufacturing ops
- Willingness to travel 20-30%, mainly EU
- Excellent English communication, interpersonal, presentation
- Energetic self-starter, able to work independently
