📋 Description

• Lead analyst development and delivery quality for EEMEA and India client service teams.
• Manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to standards.
• Oversee coaching, training, and performance of analysts/associates.
• Collaborate across Client Services, Tabulation, BASES Product Support, and other teams.
• Maintain documentation and risk/issue management throughout projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Postgraduate degree in Marketing or related field.
• 2–3 years in market research/analytics; BASES experience preferred.
• Proven track record coaching teams with structured feedback.
• Strong market research methods knowledge.
• Advanced MS Office, esp. Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent English written and verbal skills.
