📋 Description

• Coordinate commercial activity within in-field teams to ensure targets are reached for increasing
• Create, implement, and communicate District Sales Plan and monitor progress.
• Coordinate in-field activity to achieve results and agreed-upon targets. Maximize market, segment
• Ensure smooth, collaborative efforts in both day to day and long term business execution. Set tone
• Understand and present a market and franchise/business point of view when leading teams and
• Coach, mentor, educate and develop direct and indirect team members to enhance individual skills

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and
