Territory Manager, SUD (NV, Las Vegas)

📋 Description

• Territory GTM for SUD program in Las Vegas area
• Engage referral partners across detox, residential, rehab, and SUD orgs
• Educate partners on Charlie Health’s SUD and mental health programs
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical, ops, and analytics to drive growth
• Represent Charlie Health at community events and industry sessions
• Travel within Las Vegas to meet partners 4-5 days/week

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Las Vegas, NV
• 4+ years sales or biz dev experience
• Healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred
• Familiarity with SUD treatment ecosystem
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and PM skills

• Full-time, exempt role with comprehensive benefits
• Base: $70k-$90k + uncapped performance bonus
• Total target comp: $94k-$114k depending on factors
