📋 Description

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to drive late-stage assets to market
• Lead launch readiness activities and ensure execution of key projects
• Support the Chief Commercial Officer with strategic analyses and reporting
• Facilitate alignment across BBIO affiliates and services teams
• Manage cross-portfolio initiatives and steering committees
• Provide insight-driven recommendations from market research and data

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10+ years of commercial biotech/pharma experience (consulting a plus)
• US launch experience; rare disease focus a plus
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Excellent oral, written, and PowerPoint abilities
• Ability to distill complex clinical data into clear insights
• Understanding of drug commercialization and value demonstration
