📋 Description
- Handle day-to-day operational issues across our product portfolio
- Intake and triage bugs and requests for Product/Engineering
- Build product/process knowledge for cross-functional teams
- Support launches of new courses and LMS tasks
- Coordinate with Regulatory and Product teams on updates
- Maintain healthy course catalog with accurate updates
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years in product ops, coordination, or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Clear communication across teams; handle ownership gray areas
- Curious, investigative mindset; untangle operational problems
- Ability to work through ambiguity and prioritize
- Systems-minded; comfortable debugging non-code issues
