🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in health/sciences/pharmacy or related field preferred; 5+ years of relevant
- Account-based selling in Hospitals/Infusion/ Wound Care; navigate matrix environments
- Knowledge of formulary approvals, Buy and Bill, and specialty pharmacy products
- Proven top sales performance with strong communication, planning, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel; valid driver’s license and HCIR credentialing may be required
- Ability to cover assigned geography and build cross-functional relationships
