Data Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Support Reference Data Function; handle client deliverables, coding and input validation for
• Perform cross coding and item-related quality checks daily
• Back-up other coders; conduct physical store checks to validate item data
• Track and document category assignment instructions
• Plan and execute a complex daily workload to meet schedules
• Ensure accuracy from validation to database setup and samples; escalate improvments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin / Statistics or related field
• Fresh grad or 1-2 years in data/operational roles
• FMCG background or encoder experience a plus
• Team player in multicultural environment; high data accuracy
• Analytical, with strong English communication; accountable and eager to grow
• Excel mandatory; SQL, R or Python a plus
