📋 Description

• You identify, acquire, and manage auction partners to grow SIXT revenue
• You coordinate strategic planning, promotional activities, and performance targets with auction
• You liaise with dealer sales, operations, and field remarketing to maximize volume
• You maintain auction lane positioning, CR scores, and dealer participation to elevate the SIXT brand
• You assist with vendor partnerships, marketing efforts, and vehicle disposal methods to optimize

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years in automotive industry, 3 years in auction industry, 3 years in rental industry preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams; knowledge of AutoIMS and regional
• Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high safety awareness
• Experience analyzing remarketing data and establishing national vendor agreements
