📋 Description

• Manage a caseload and interact with clients under supervision
• Report to Managing Criminal Defense Attorney
• Collaborate with the Criminal Defense Team of Attorneys and legal assistants
• Provide legal analysis to determine case benefits
• Accrue evidence to support the client’s case or arguments against charges
• Prepare clients for depositions and gather information from witnesses and experts

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated interest in Criminal Defense law from law school clinics, volunteer work, or
• Juris Doctorate degree
• Active bar admission (law graduates awaiting admission will also be considered)
• A team player open to helping, strategizing, and working with fellow associates
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
• Interpersonal skills of the highest caliber
