Product Manager, Trust & Safety

📋 Description

• Own the Trust and Safety product end-to-end
• Define roadmaps and lifecycle from signals to enforcement
• Work with engineering, data science, operations, legal, and GTM
• Balance business outcomes with system safety and policy needs
• Collaborate with strategic customers on product direction
• Operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management or similar roles
• Technical fluency with large datasets, AI agents, signaling
• Strong systems thinking and cross-functional skills
• Ownership mindset with high accountability
• Judgment in tradeoffs between false positives and misses
• Experience with fraud or safety issues is a plus
