📋 Description

• Own the security product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap with investment priorities.
• Define and prioritize security initiatives balancing customer risk, value, and engineering effort.
• Develop deep expertise across database security, networking, IAM, and related security tech.
• Partner with engineering and design to translate security requirements into clear specs and

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management in B2B SaaS or security-focused tech.
• Proven experience with organizational-level security product strategy and multi-year roadmaps.
• Strong database security, networking, and IAM expertise.
• Ability to explain complex security topics to executives/non-technical audiences.
• Experience mentoring other product managers and cross-functional leadership.
• Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+) preferred.
