Data Quality Analyst (Salesforce Data Steward)

📋 Description

• Data quality & stewardship for Salesforce data across core objects (Accounts, Contacts
• Enrichment, standardization, and validation of inbound data using third-party providers and research
• Cleansing at scale with Deduplication and bulk updates (DemandTools, Data Loader)
• Reporting & monitoring via Power BI/Salesforce dashboards to track KPIs
• Governance & compliance with privacy/regulatory requirements
• AI & automation for data validation, matching, classification, enrichment, and anomaly detection

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce data management experience
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis/automation
• Experience building automated data validations and translating business rules to automated logic
• Experience applying AI/automation to data work (AI/LLM-assisted matching, enrichment, anomaly
• Hands-on experience with DemandTools or similar tools
• Experience with Power BI or Power Platform; intermediate/advanced Excel
