📋 Description

• Identify and recruit new traffic partners incl CPA networks
• Develop pipeline of affiliate partners across international markets
• Negotiate terms, rates, funnels with partners
• Manage onboarding and activation with Launch/Affiliate teams
• Monitor market trends to spot opportunities
• Attend international conferences to expand network

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in affiliate marketing or business development
• iGaming experience is a plus
• Understanding of affiliate marketing metrics and funnels
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, ASO, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven, proactive, autonomous, able to work remotely
