- Lead planning, execution, and management of out-of-school-time programs and partnership initiatives.
- Oversee portfolio of community-based initiatives from pilots to scalable models.
- Build trusted relationships with providers, funders, networks, and partners.
- Advise leaders on engaging youth beyond traditional schools.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with clear ownership and timelines.
- Represent the organization in partner and funder meetings with concise updates.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certification preferred.
- 7+ years in out-of-school-time, youth programs, or cross-sector partnerships.
- Deep understanding of community-based organizations and youth networks.
- Experience designing, launching, evaluating, scaling pilots.
- Strong project management across budgets, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Ability to influence without direct authority and build partnerships.
