📋 Description

• Own adoption, retention and growth for 200+ mid market customers through scalable, automated
• Design and run repeatable campaigns and workflows to drive key business metrics
• Triage inbound queries and keep portfolio data accurate (Salesforce)
• Build relationships with key contacts and cross-functional partners
• Identify expansion opportunities with HireVue Strategic Sales

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, SaaS/Tech consulting, or
• Industry Savvy: HR or Talent Acquisition knowledge a plus
• Tech Stack: Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
• Experience leading client relationships in SaaS/tech environments
• Experience with sales, consulting, training, or leading new initiatives
• Experience in project/change management
