📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Process all transactions following policies and protect member information.
• Work as part of a team or independently to exceed daily lending/servicing goals.
• Engage in outreach at locations and events to inform about Oportun’s services.
• Assist with applications using iPads or QR codes during outreach.
• Keep the store area neat and presentable; perform light housekeeping.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused and enjoy talking with people.
• Must love helping members, including outreach to prospective members.
• Available to work weekends with rotating schedules; reliable attendance.
• Willing to work outdoors for outreach opportunities; travel within ordinary commute.
• Regular attendance to support store operations.
