• Bridge regulatory requirements with customer/agent-facing tech solutions.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Product, UX, and Technology teams to turn regulations into
• Ensure solutions are compliant and usable.
• Support UAT and verify solutions meet business and regulatory goals.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Communications, or related field
• 3+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
