- Role bridging Product and Operations to deliver fintech products
- Oversee end-to-end delivery from intake to launch
- Coordinate changes across functional partners
- Define launch criteria and measure success
- Support client adoption and continuous improvement
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years in product management or similar
- 2+ years in financial services/fintech
- Strong payments knowledge (processing, networks, acquiring)
- Data-driven decision-making
- Project management and stakeholder communication
- Experience with payment integrations is a plus
