📋 Description

• Own monitoring and reporting of model and credit performance for Personal Loans
• Identify trends, diagnose outcomes, and recommend targeted treatments
• Conduct deep analytical investigations to drive business impact
• Provide regular visibility to senior leadership
• Collaborate to automate and scale standard reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, OR
• Experience with Python and SQL
• Strong analytical and first-principles thinking
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• 6+ years in analytics, data science, or a related field
