- Identify workforce needs and design group-based learning interventions
- Collaborate with clients, Account Management, and internal teams
- Manage multiple programs across regions and time zones
- Ensure solutions meet Lyra quality, clinical, and professional standards
- Translate client needs into practical, deliverable learning solutions

- Strong consulting and needs-analysis capability
- Knowledge of workplace wellbeing or L&D
- Effective client and stakeholder management
- Project and programme management skills
- Commercial judgement and feasibility awareness
- Independent work style with global collaboration
