Technical Product Owner/Business Analyst (Remote - US)

📋 Description

• Translate epics, roadmap themes, and requests into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Management to refine scope and dependencies for delivery teams.
• Maintain a healthy backlog; assist with sprint planning and refinement.
• Lead cross-functional sessions to keep delivery on track and aligned.
• Define reporting and data requirements, including mappings and validation rules.
• Document requirements traceability from need to release readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product ownership, BA, or related roles.
• Strong SQL fundamentals and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with data engineering, analytics, or data warehouse teams.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, backlog refinement, and story writing.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management.
• Healthcare domain experience preferred (HIPAA/HITECH a plus).
