📋 Description
- Build, operate, and continuously improve the core BI and analytics platform powering reporting
- Own data ingestion, integration, and analytics platform architecture with scalable trade-offs as
- Design and maintain enterprise data models, semantic-layer definitions, and reusable logic for
- Establish standards for data quality, testing, governance, observability, documentation, and CI/CD.
- Monitor platform health, address pipeline failures, and improve system stability and performance.
- Enable self-service analytics through governed datasets and trusted metrics.
🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in analytics engineering or similar data analytics role, preferably SaaS/high-tech.
- Expert SQL, data modeling, and ability to write performant queries and evaluate architecture
- 6+ years building modular production data pipelines with dbt.
- Strong Git proficiency and experience with production development workflows and automated
- Experience designing schemas and optimizing queries on Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
- Experience implementing data observability platforms and monitoring solutions.
