- Own and grow Affirm’s partner portfolio and platform integrations
- Define and drive a durable Partner Acceleration Strategy
- Build relationships with platform partners to gather feedback
- Prioritize features to improve merchant, partner, and customer experience
- Create and manage the product roadmap for the 1:Many growth team
- Develop success metrics/OKRs to measure impact
🎯 Requirements
- Experience shipping multiple technical software products
- Comfort discussing technical details with engineers and data insights with analysts
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills for complex orgs
- Bias for action and ability to turn ambiguity into action
- External-facing product development experience with partners
- Bonus: fintech, lending, ecommerce, BNPL experience
