• Deliver outstanding customer service in Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops.
• Drive standards and support shop team daily.
• Open/close shop and manage shifts to meet rota requirements.
• Encourage safer gambling and handle customer transactions.
• Demonstrate products and betting terminals to customers.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat visits.

🎯 Requirements

• 18 years or older to work in betting shops.
• Customer-facing experience and confidence with customers in person.
• Familiarity with cash handling and transactions.
