AI Transformation Leader

📋 Description

• Position Databricks as a strategic AI transformation partner to the C-suite.
• Advise LoB leaders and connect outcomes to specific technical use cases.
• Coordinate execution with customer teams, partners, and Databricks to realize value.
• Lead external AI Transformation leaders as an Expert Advisory Council / C-suite user group.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 15 years in digital/AI transformation in enterprises, operator or consultant.
• Minimum 5 years working directly with enterprise C-suite on transformations.
• Deep experience in AI transformations across Healthcare, Finance, Public Sector, Manufacturing
• Experience developing operating models to support transformations.
• Proven collaboration with partners (e.g., SIs) to implement transformations.
