📋 Description

• Drive defence market growth in Romania and Caucasus regions.
• Own territory strategy, pipeline, and account growth across autonomy, aircraft, ISR, and mission
• Lead end-to-end deal closure with senior military and government stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support capture and delivery.
• Represent Shield AI’s portfolio and articulate mission outcomes and integration paths.
• Travel as required to support opportunities and customer engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 6+ years in business development, sales, or related roles in defence or aerospace.
• Experience navigating international defence/government procurement environments.
• Proven ability to shape opportunities with senior stakeholders and long sales cycles.
• Strong executive presence with military/government and partner stakeholders.
• Technical understanding of autonomous systems, ISR, mission systems, or AI-enabled capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
