Sr Lead FP&A - Aircraft (R5169)

📋 Description

• Lead forecasting, planning for Aircraft Business units and programs
• Build and maintain models linking headcount, labor, material, overhead to performance
• Analyze actuals vs plan; identify risks/opps; advise leaders
• Translate production, engineering, and program assumptions into financial impacts
• Prepare reporting packages and presentations for finance leadership
• Act as Finance Partner to engineering, operations, supply chain, and programs

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in FP&A, program finance, or related
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis
• Experience partnering with operational/technical teams
• Link operational drivers to financial outcomes in fast-paced env
• Strong communication; present insights to leaders
• Advanced Excel; planning/ERP systems; Anaplan a plus
