📋 Description

• Help customers succeed by being the primary contact for technical questions and use case development
• Provide excellent support via chat, email, and Slack with empathy and actionable insights
• Understand Hex user needs and anticipate future questions
• Create technical content such as demo projects, documentation, and videos
• Identify product weaknesses and provide feedback to the Product team

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a data scientist, analyst, or analytics engineer using SQL and Python
• Experience with Python, Jupyter notebooks, SQL, and BI tools
• Strong analytical thinking to troubleshoot complex problems
• Proven ability to communicate with customers and stakeholders
• Excellent empathy, feedback skills, and relationship-building
• Curiosity, fast learner, and willingness to debate to find truth
