ELEKS Software Engineering and Development Office is looking for a Senior/Lead Angular Developer in Krakow. ABOUT PROJECT We’ve been working with our US client for over 5 years now. They build tech solutions for home-based care management (home health, DME, IV therapy) to help insurance companies manage risks and support patients at home. Right now, we are building a Web Portal to automate these insurance processes. Stack: Angular 21, TypeScript, RxJS, PrimeNG, Tailwind CSS 4, MSAL (Microsoft Authentication Library), Azure AD B2C, OData, Micro Frontend (MFE), FormIO, Application Insights, Vitest, Chart.js. REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of experience with Angular Strong leadership background / Team or Tech Lead experience Work format: hybrid — 2 days per week from the Krakow office At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop, and maintain reliable software in line with technical requirements, focusing on performance and availability Analyze requirements, review designs, and estimate user stories following project methodology (Agile, Waterfall, etc) Proactively propose code refactoring and optimization improvements according to the best software development practices and coding standards Help maintain and improve high-quality standards within the developer community by sharing knowledge, conducting tech talks, and participating in the internal promotion verification process Stay up-to-date with modern technology and obtain professional certifications Support less experienced developers by providing training, distributing, and monitoring tasks We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
