Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Documenting, reporting, and root-cause analysis of prediction issues end-to-end.
• Analyze ingested and system data for anomalies and data gaps across sources.
• Turn data into stories; suggest fixes and own execution plan.
• Automate performance and accuracy reviews, reporting, and data visualization using Python and SQL.
• Support Engineering and Data Science on system-level data fixes and feature improvements.
• Maintain internal and customer dashboards (accuracy, timeliness, coverage, explainability).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering/IT or related field.
• 2-3+ years in Data Analyst or Business Analyst role, preferably in logistics/ecommerce/B2B SaaS.
• Exceptional Python and SQL skills; able to produce reusable, scalable code.
• Ability to identify anomalies and create clear visualizations from messy data.
• First Principles thinking; able to justify trade-offs and reuse existing tools where possible.
• Curious by default; asks good questions and dives into the why behind data surprises.
