📋 Description Work across functions with data scientists on projects including R&D and automation Translate Clients’ and Product Team’s requirements to actionable solutions Ideate and develop solutions for product innovation pipeline Define business problems as scientific research problems Research solutions, identify data, run experiments, prototype, and support productionization Build statistical/analytical models (ML/AI) as prototypes to address client needs 🎯 Requirements E - Bachelors/Masters or higher in CS/Data Science/Statistics/Math/Engineering; PhD a plus E - 6+ years in data science/research E - Proven end-to-end research leadership E - Strong knowledge: Sampling, Probability, Regression, Classification, Time series, Clustering E - Proficient Python and common data science libraries E - Strong communication/presentation skills 🎁 Benefits Flexible working environment Volunteer time off LinkedIn Learning Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP)
