- Provide MTSS-based social-emotional supports and counseling
- Coordinate case management, referrals, and services
- Respond to crises and support safety planning
- Collaborate with families, nurses, and administrators
- Support attendance, behavior, and basic needs initiatives
- Contribute to school culture and team collaboration
🎯 Requirements
- MSW from an accredited program
- State licensure (LCSW/LPC) or eligible
- School-based or youth mental health exp.
- MTSS, trauma-informed, restorative practices exp.
- Familiar with SPED/504 processes
- Data fluency with screeners and SIS/SEIS
