• Set strategy for ESG disclosures across EU/UK/US/Canada/Australia
• Build reporting infrastructure, processes, governance
• Serve as internal expert on ESG reporting across functions
• Manage enterprise partner ESG data requests at scale
• Oversee GHG measurement and emissions strategy (Scopes 1 & 2)

🎯 Requirements

• ESG/reporting experience with CSRD/ESRS, TCFD, GRI, SASB, CDP
• Builder mindset; created reporting infrastructure from scratch
• Strong cross-functional influencer across Legal, Finance, IR, Ops
• Excellent written communication; brief senior stakeholders
• Principled, business-grounded view of ESG strategy
